Welcome to ABSEC LLC. By accessing or using absecllc.com and our online certification courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Description of Services
ABSEC LLC provides ATC-approved online alcohol server training and security officer certification courses for Louisiana residents and businesses. Courses are delivered digitally and certificates are issued upon successful completion of the required examinations.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in our courses. By enrolling, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements under Louisiana law.
Course Access and Completion
Upon purchase, you receive access to your enrolled course(s). You must complete the course and pass the required exam to receive your certificate. Certificates are issued electronically upon passing and reflect compliance with Louisiana ATC requirements.
Payment and Refunds
All purchases are processed securely. Due to the digital nature of our courses, we do not offer refunds once course materials have been accessed. If you experience technical difficulties preventing course access, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to share your login credentials, reproduce or distribute course materials, or misrepresent your identity or course completion. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the Louisiana ATC.
Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and certificates are the intellectual property of ABSEC LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
ABSEC LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Louisiana.
